PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lithospermum erythrorhizon soap is provided to protect protein layer of hair, thereby preventing stiff hair. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of lithospermum erythrorhizon soap comprises the following steps: manufacturing red fats and fatty oils which oil-soluble pigment component of the lithospermum erythrorhizon is extracted; manufacturing a first red lithospermum erythrorhizon extract which water-soluble pigment component of the lithospermum erythrorhizon is extracted; manufacturing a second dark violet lithospermum erythrorhizon extract; manufacturing fermented vinegar; extracting herb liquid; manufacturing sodium hydroxide water; putting the first lithospermum erythrorhizon extract, the second lithospermum erythrorhizon extract, the fermented vinegar, and herb liquid while mixing the fats and fatty oils with sodium hydroxide water; and fermenting the mixture.
