PURPOSE: A pier structure having non-point pollutant reducing and landscaping functions is provided to reduce non-point pollutants produced on the road of a bridge slab and implement a flower bed through vegetation. CONSTITUTION: A pier structure(1) comprises a water pipe(10), a non-point pollution disposal tank(20), a sediment zone(30), a flowing water filtration zone(40), an inlet pipe(50), an outlet pipe(60), and cover soil(70). The water pipe introduces surface water from the road of a bridge slag to the ground(G). The non-point pollution disposal tank is formed with a specific width and a specific height(T1) along the circumference of a pier(2) contacting the ground surface. The sediment zone is formed by vertically dividing a portion of the non-point pollution disposal tank and accommodates water from the water pipe. The flowing water filtration zone is formed of at least a portion of the rest space except for the sediment zone in the non-point pollution disposal tank and is filled with a filtering medium(41) to a specific height(T2) from the bottom(21) of the non-point pollution disposal tank. The inlet pipe introduces the flowing water from the sediment zone to the flowing water filtration zone. The outlet pipe discharges the flowing water, which passes through the filtering medium of the flowing water filtration zone to reduce non-point pollutants, to the outside of the non-point pollutant disposal tank. The cover soil fills in the flowing water filtration zone to a specific height(T3) above the filtering medium in order to block the outflow of bad smell from the filtering medium and allow for vegetation of plants(P).
