The present invention relates to a rainwater infiltration tank with oil separation and phosphorus removal functions to reduce non-point pollutant of a road, comprising: a main body (110); a grating member (120); a filtration net (130); and an oil separation and phosphorous removal means (140). By installing the rainwater infiltration tank in a manhole, an outflow amount of rainwater can be reduced such that flood damage in a city can be reduced.
