PURPOSE: A security system and a method thereof utilizing a telemetry protocol are provided to generate a security key by using a telemetry protocol.;CONSTITUTION: A first security key renewal bit administration unit(110) forms security key update information in DLMS(Device Language Message Specification) data by determining security key renewal. A first hash operation unit(130) generates a first authentication value by authenticating the DLMS data. A first data authentication value administration unit(120) requests the first authentication value of the hash operation unit. A security DLMS data generating unit(140) generates security DLMS data by receiving security key update information and the first authentication value from the first security key renewal bit administration unit and the first data authentication value administration unit.
