PURPOSE: An uninterruptible power supply having an earthquake proof function and a constructing method thereof are provided to reduce difficulty in an earthquake proof design by preventing the malfunction or the damage of an uninterruptible power supply system.;CONSTITUTION: A conduction prevention part(200) forms a separation distance from a moving ground surface. A moving wheel is formed on a bottom part of an uninterruptible power supply system(100). A earthquake proof spring(300) performs a dust proofing function wile being connected with the uninterruptible power supply system and a base plate(400). The base plate is formed for an earthquake proof function. A conduction prevention and connection part(500) connects a conduction prevention part and the base plate.
