Instlating inorganic painting composites with thermal conductivity, its manufacturing method using it and PCB using the same thereof

摘要

PURPOSE: A thermo-conductive insulating inorganic paint composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a printed circuit board using thereof are provided to secure the insulation property and excellent heat-conductivity when being spread to the surface of a material. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-conductive insulating inorganic paint composition contains the following: 1~30wt% of alkoxysilane marked with chemical formula: R_nSi(OR`)_(4-n); 0.5~30wt% of nano colloid silica with the particle size of 0.1~300 nanometers, using water or an organic solvent as a dispersion medium; 0.1~50wt% of lower aliphatic alcohol; 0.1~3wt% of organic acid or inorganic acid; 0.1~70wt% of inorganic filler; and 0.1~40wt% of inorganic pigment.
