PURPOSE: A health management system using voice recognition and text voice output technology and service providing method thereof are provided to create accurate health management service execution schedules by using accumulated health data and health data inputted by voice through a terminal. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Advanced Record System) module(210) receives health data as voice from a terminal(100). A voice recognition module(220) changes the health data received from the voice into character strings. The ARS module transmits the health data changed into the character strings to the terminal. A health data analysis module stores the health data into a DB(Data Base)(310).
