PURPOSE: A method for fabricating porous carbon nanofiber is provided to shorten production time and to save cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating porous carbon nanofiber containing metal oxide comprises: a step of preparing a carbon nanofiber precursor solution containing metal alkoxide; a step of electrospinning the precursor solution to prepare precursor spun fiber; a step of performing oxidation-stabilizing of the fiber; and a step of physically activating the fiber. The metal alkoxide is one of Si-alkoxide, Ti-alkoxide, Al-alkoxide, and Zn-alkoxide.
