DRINKING WATER PIPE AND CONNECTOR APPLIED NITRO-OXIDATION PROCESS AND DERAIL CONTROLLING CLAMPING METHOD

PURPOSE: A water pipe using nitro-oxidation and separation-prevention methods is provided to prevent a steel pipe from becoming separated from the other steel pipe by processing the steel pipes and a connector through nitro-oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A water pipe using nitro-oxidation and separation-prevention methods comprises steel pipes(1) and a connector(2). The connector is composed of a joint pipe(21), pressure wheels(22), pakcings(23), and multiple coupling bolts(24). The joint pipes connect the steel pipes to each other. The pressure wheels are installed in both ends of the joint pipe and receive separation prevention protrusions(11) therein. The packings are adhered to the steel pipes and the joint pipe and prevent fluid leakage. The coupling bolts couple the pressure wheels to the joint pipe.
