Device type clamp for pipe connections, pipe coupling, valve, closing device refrigeration cycle device for supplying hot water connection procedure pipe clamp type and method for connecting pipes in facilities
Device for connecting tubes, jaw type, comprising: - a main body (1) of a coupling having an opening (16) for connecting tubes, in which a pipe to be connected (5) is inserted; - a fixing portion (2) which is fixed to the main body (1) 5 coupling; and - a cap type jaw (3) of cylindrical shape disposed between the main body (1) of the coupling and the fixing part (2), - being the connection device tube type clamp of the type in which the cap (3) jaw type is formed by a portion of primary deformation (32) and a part of secondary deformation (33) so that the portion of primary deformation (32) is driven into the pipe to be connected (5) or is inserted between the pipe to be connected (5) and the main body (1) of the coupling wedge-shaped as a result of a first compressive force axially applied when fixing the part (2) of fixing is effected, and part (33) of secondary deformation is driven into the pipe to be connected (5) as a result of a second pressing force in the axial direction which is applied when the clamping portion (2) is fixed, and which it is higher than the first compressive force; - it having the main body of the coupling (1) a thread onto which is threadedly engaged the fixing part (2), and the fixing part (2) being constituted by a nut (2) in which is threading the main coupling body (1), such that the first compressive force is a compressive force axially applied when the nut (2) is fixed by hand, and the second compressive force is a force compression axially applied when the nut (2) is fixed using a fixing tool, and being greater than the first compressive force, - characterized in that the sleeve clamp type is formed integrally with the fastening nut (2), and part of secondary deformation (33) is separated from the nut (2) as a result of the compressive force in the axial direction of the nut (2) before bite into the tube cone ct (5).
