PURPOSE: A social surety service providing method and apparatus thereof are provided to offer the surety state of users as the standard of reliability by constructing a guarantee system for services between online users.;CONSTITUTION: A social surety request signal receives from a first user terminal to a second user terminal(S101). A social surety request message for a first user is provided to the second user terminal(S102). A social surety allow message including personal information is received from the second user terminal(S103). The personal information which allows social surety of a second user is stored(S104).
