PURPOSE: An FPSO-DME system is provided to converting CO2 to DME by FPSO-DME process without the emitting of CO2, to minimize the cost of treating CO2, to generate power by using surplus hydrogen of a synthetic gas in FPSO-DME process. CONSTITUTION: An FPSO-DME system for conversion of associated gas in oil fields and stranded gas in stranded gas field to dimethyl ether comprises a FPSO facility including a separating apparatus, a FPSO apparatus including oil/gas separation unit, reformation reactor(203), dimethyl ether reactor(206), an undersea CO2 storage, and generation system for inside generating. Between the reformation reactor and the dimethyl ether reactor, a hydrogen separator and a carbon dioxide separator are composed. The CO2 separator is combined with the dimethyl ether reactor, and thereby water and carbon dioxide which are generated from the generation system for inside generating and a separated CO2 are re-circulated to the reformation reactor. The surplus carbon dioxide is stored in the bottom of the sea.
