PURPOSE: A surface processing method by a micro shot peening of Al(Aluminum) alloy casting material is provided to increase fatigue strength and fatigue life of the casting member by variously applying to excellent property light weight Al-Si(Silicon) casting of alloy member. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing method is as follows. The Al-18Si system Al alloy casting material is prepared. In order to be the hardness of a surface part is 2~2.5 times as high as internal hardness, the Al alloy casing material is to be micro shot peening. The Al-18Si system Al alloy casting material is one of the Al-18Si-0.08P, the Al-18Si-0.08-P-0.02 Sr(Strontium), and Al-18Si-0.04P.
