PURPOSE: An online head-hunting market system and recruitment method thereof are provided to embody effective transactions using indexed standard between a job applicant and a head hunter.;CONSTITUTION: A recruitment candidate quantitative evaluation unit(1011) calculates scores of job description items according to job applicants recommended by head hunters. The recruitment candidate quantitative evaluation unit selects first candidates by determining recruitment candidates.
