A system for linking forward osmosis freshwater and CO 2 capture using flue gas is disclosed. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the forward osmosis freshwater and CO 2 capture linkage system using exhaust gas is characterized by induction that separates the low concentration induction solution supplied from the forward osmosis separator into water, ammonia and carbon dioxide by using thermal energy supplied from the plant. It includes a solution separation unit, ammonia supplied from the induction solution separation unit, and a carbon dioxide collection unit for receiving a supply of external water to collect carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas of the plant to produce a high concentration induction solution.
