摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a non-formalin flame retardant is provided to improve surface blooming phenomenon and flame retardance, while fundamentally retraining residue of formalin by polymerizing acid with hydrophilic group without using formaldehyde, thereby capable of improving environment-friendly property.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-formalin flame retardant comprises a step of putting a phosphate and a boron compound into a reactor; a step of putting nitride compound into the reacting container in state a mixture of the phosphate and the boron compound is heated to 65-95 °C; a step of polymerizing the phosphate and the nitrogen compound over 10,000 of molecular weight, maintaining the mixture in the reaction container at 110-130 °C for 0.8-1.2 hours; and a step of crystallizing polymer of the nitrogen compound to have viscosity of 15,000-20,000 cps by raising temperature of the mixture to 140-160 °C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
