PURPOSE: A micro-channel air valve is provided to control the flow rate of fluid and to adjust mixed flow rate when mixing more than two kinds of fluids in a lab on a chip through a micro-channel.;CONSTITUTION: A micro-channel air valve comprises a valve body, a micro-channel(20), a flow path control channel(30), and an air bubble channel. The micro-channel is connected to a valve body with a fluid supply source to form a flow path in which fluid flows. The volume of the flow path control channel is larger than the micro-channel. One end of the air bubble channel is connected to the air bubble supplying unit and the other end thereof is connected to the flow path control channel so that air bubbles can be supplied to or discharged from the flow path control channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
