PURPOSE: A dummy cutting device for an apparatus for automatically removing a dummy from a stick is provided to reduce working time by removing a stick unit in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A dummy cutting part comprises a first lifting drive member(420) and a second lifting drive member(430). The first lifting drive member is supported in a support block. The first lifting drive member lifts a first cutter(424). The second lifting drive member is included in the first lifting drive member. The second lifting drive member lifts a second cutter(433).
