PURPOSE: A device for sensing the surface smoothness of a ring-shaped bullet body is provided to rapidly and accurately senses the surface smoothness of a plurality of ring-shaped bullet bodies.;CONSTITUTION: A device for sensing the surface smoothness of a ring-shaped bullet body comprises a plate(200), a traversal transferring robot(300), a vertical transferring robot(400), a measuring robot(500), and a ring gauge(600). The plate is formed into a rectangular frame by joining to a plurality of the rectangular frames. The traversal transferring robot is lengthways installed in the top of the plate toward a traversal direction. The vertical robot is arranged underneath a bullet body while being moved to left and right sides along a guide rail. A slider is installed to be vertically slid in the front of the measuring robot. The ring gauge is arranged in the end part of the slider of the measuring robot and moved as a form surrounding the outer circumference of the bullet body being fixed on the vertical transferring robot as the slider vertically moves, thereby measuring the surface smoothness of the outer circumference of the bullet body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
