PURPOSE: A navigation system with a safety sensing device is provided to prevent accidents by informing a situation that a vehicle stops due to malfunction or accidents to a driver at the rear.;CONSTITUTION: A navigation system with a safety sensing device comprises a sensor(1), a transmitting/receiving device(3), and an alarming device(4). The sensor senses that a vehicle driving at a high speed decelerates less than 50km or stops and transmits sensed information to the transmitting/receiving device. The transmitting/receiving device transmits signals capable of mutual perception on a basis of the information to all transmitting/receiving devices mounted on the all vehicles at the rear and receives signals transmitted from the vehicles at the front.
