HIGH-FUNCTION POLYVINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND PIPE MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride composition is provided to improve antimicrobial effect and to improve tensile strength, while reinforcing impact resistance by a reinforcing agent, thereby capable of preventing brittle fractures. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 10-15 parts by weight of yellow powder, 1-3 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 5-10 parts by weight of a vegetable antimicrobial, and 1-3 parts by weight of a reinforced fiber. The reinforced fiber is obtained by forming an unevenness part by attaching one selected from aluminum oxide, thorium oxide, and zirconium oxide on a surface, and irradiating the outcome with plasma. On the yellow soil, hydrophobic surfactant is spread, and the hydrophobic surfactant has HLB value of 3-9.
