PURPOSE: A method of forming a concentration flexible cigs photovoltaic solar cell module by using a peltier devices is provided to implement an additional condensing type module system for cooling by mounting a peltier element module the outside of a solar cell module. CONSTITUTION: In a method of forming a concentration flexible cigs photovoltaic solar cell module by using a peltier devices, a condensing film(101) is made of polymer and condenses sunlight. A CIGS(Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) cell(102) is arranged in the lower part of the condensing film A flexible substrate(103) is arranged in the lower part of the CIGS cell A Peltier device module(104) is formed into metal plates(201,202) of two different materials. A cooling fin(203) cooling the heat generating is arranged between the metal plates.
