PURPOSE: An artificial vegetation model for preventing the shoaling siltation and erosion of a navigation channel and the arrangement method thereof are provided to prevent the shoaling siltation and erosion of a navigation channel by weakening the external force occurring around a navigation channel and cutting off the movement of seabed matters from the outside of a navigation channel to a navigation channel. CONSTITUTION: An artificial vegetation model for preventing the shoaling siltation and erosion of a navigation channel comprises: hard vegetation having the appointed length and diameter and formed in the hard semi-permeable shape to pass an ocean current partially and formed inartificial vegetation manufactured artificially to fulfill the function of vegetation; a fixing member(110) fixing the hard vegetation to the bottom of the seaside or the underwater bottom of the coast; and a connecting member(120) connecting the hard vegetation to the fixing member fixedly.
