PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Citrus sunki(Sanmul) S.Marcov And Zingiber Officinale Roscoe mixture extract is provided to remove reactive oxygen and to improve collagen biosynthesis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antioxidation and anti-aging effects contains 0.001-30 weight% of Citrus sunki(Sanmul) S.Marcov And Zingiber Officinale Roscoe mixture extract and 70-99.999 weight% of cosmetic base. A solvent for extracting the mixture is water, ethanol, butylen glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, or glycerin. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of adding Citrus sunki(Sanmul) S.Marcov And Zingiber Officinale Roscoe to a solvent and heating at 50-120C for 1-20 hours; a step of precipitating at 5-40C for 1-15 days to prepare a mixture extract; a step of filtering the mixture extract; and a step of freeze-drying the mixture extract using a vacuum evaporator.
