PURPOSE: A detachable DGPS(Differential GPS) measurement system using a smartphone and a mobile device is provided to supply a location information service with high precision by using location information of a DGPS receiver.;CONSTITUTION: A DGPS receiver(10) transmits by reducing a reception error and a location error of a satellite signal at a fixed position. The DGPS receiver maintains a plane error with the precision within 1.0M. A mobile device(110) receives GPS location information from the DGPS receiver.
