PURPOSE: A tabletop interface device, a collaboration control device, a tabletop interface based collaboration system and a method thereof are provided to perform molecule modeling work through a tabletop interface and performs this work by collaboration through a plurality of mobile terminal which is connected.;CONSTITUTION: A tabletop interface is operated in a collaboration system(402). If modeling tools activation operate signal is received, the collaboration system displays video data by activating a modeling tool(406). The collaboration system performs a modeling work by using the tabletop interface(408). The tabletop interface transmits and displays a modeling information corresponds to the modeling work to mobile terminal which is connected(412,414).
