PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing beer containing Artemisia princeps Pampanini cv. is provided to prevent liver damage and to relieve hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing beer containing Artemisia princeps Pampanini cv. comprises: a step of dipping malt into water; a step of liquefying and saccharifying to prepare a solution; a step of adding Artemisia princeps Pampanini cv. and hop into the solution; a step of adding Artemisia princeps Pampanini cv.; a step of filtering the solution to prepare saccharified liquid; a step of adding yeast to the saccharified liquid for prefermentation; and a step of performing post-fermentation.
