CHEMICAL MICRO-SPRAYING NOZZLE CAPABLE OF BLOCKING THE INLET OF A CHEMICAL SPRAYING HOLE WITH A BLOCKING PANEL

PURPOSE: A chemical micro-spraying nozzle is provided to finely uniformly spray chemical by spraying the chemical through a plurality of spraying holes and guiding the sprayed chemical through a guiding part and a guiding groove.;CONSTITUTION: A chemical micro-spraying nozzle includes a body and a chemical spraying pipe(110). A through hole is formed at the body, and high pressure air passes through the through hole. A chemical supplying pipe penetrates through the center of the body and is in connection with the chemical spraying pipe. A blocking panel(113) is formed at the inlet of the chemical spraying hole of the chemical spraying pipe. A plurality of spraying holes is regularly formed at the outer circumference of the blocking panel. A guiding part is protruded from the front side of the spraying hole. The guiding part forms guiding grooves in the form of U-shapes and guides chemical to be forwardly sprayed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
