DECIDING METHOD OF THE SUITABILITY OF DETERMINING STANDARD VALUES AND APPROPRIATE VALUE OF THE SAME, INSPECTION SYSTEM OF PART MOUNTING SUBSTRATE, SIMULATION METHOD AT PRODUCTION LINE AND SIMULATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute processes of determining the suitability of an intermediate inspection criterion value and specifying the proper value of determination standard with high accuracy, even when there are only a few actually measured values available which indicate failures.;SOLUTION: A correlation between a measured value X for the subject of an intermediate inspection and a measured value Y for the subject of a final inspection is derived, and then, based on that correlation, a distribution pattern of measured values Y relative to measured values Xn which calculation subject points set on the X axis indicate is identified every such point, of which distribution the probability of a range W_OK where determination is made to be good and that of a range W_NG where determination is made to be no good by a criterion value Ys of the final inspection are calculated. Further, regarding a range in which the measured value X is determined to be no good and a range in which it is determined to be good by a criterion value Xs of the intermediate inspection, a degree of matching of inspection results and a degree of unmatching are calculated by using a probability found with respect to calculation subject points included in that range, and the suitability of the criterion value Xs is determined based on both degrees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
