PURPOSE: A portable device is provided to reduce the number of mounted antennas by using a common antenna for near field communication and wireless charging.;CONSTITUTION: An NFC(Near Filed Communication) signal determining module(100) includes a signal matching unit(110), a signal converting unit(120), a signal control unit(130), a first switch(400), and a second switch(500). The first switch controls the operation of an NFC operating unit(200). The second switch controls the operation of a battery unit(300) according to the signal of the signal control unit. The NFC operation unit performs a near field communication according to the control signal from the NFC signal determining module.
