PURPOSE: A multifunctional reinforcing member for checking emergency maintenance and leakage data is provided to easily prevent the leakage of various pipe bodies or valves.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional reinforcing member(100) for checking emergency maintenance and leakage data comprises an absorption layer and a fixed layer(120). The absorption layer covers a target object and is formed by a substrate absorbing fluid flowing out from the target object. A discolored material of which color is changed in the contact with fluid is spread on the absorption layer. The fixed layer is formed on the abruption layer so that the absorption layer can fix the target object while pressurizing and covering.
