PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring total concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus is provided to quickly check the concentration of a sample and to quickly deal with contamination.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring total concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus comprises: an oxidation reactor(10) having a UV lamp, an injector, and an overflow for discharging air; a heater(20) which controls sample temperature by predetermined temperature; and a housing(30) in which the oxidation reactor and heater are mounted.
