PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dye sensitized solar cell including a CNT and Pt counter electrode is provided to form an electrode on various substrates by including uniform CNT transparent paste, a carbon based thin film, and graphene elements. CONSTITUTION: TiO2 paste is provided(S201). A binder and a single wall CNT, and solvents are prepared with a ratio of 1-20 wt%: 1-40 wt%: 98-40 wt%(S202). Single wall CNT paste is formed by mixing the single wall CNT with dispersion solutions made by dissolving the binder in the solvents(S203). A counter electrode is formed by coating the single wall CNT paste with Pt(S204). A single wall CNT electrode film is formed by plasticizing the counter electrode from room temperature to 600 degrees centigrade(S251).
