PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing a crystalline carbon material with a mesopore structure is provided to increase the electric conductivity of the crystalline carbon material through a mixing process, a thermal treating process, and a silica eliminating process. CONSTITUTION: Silica, a precursor, surfactant, a carbon precursor, a polymer initiator, a binding material, and a transition metal precursor are mixed with a solvent. The mixture is dried to thermally treated under inert gas atmosphere. A silica material is eliminated from the thermally treated material. The mixing process is implemented at a temperature between 30 and 100 degrees Celsius. The content of the transition metal is 1-10 wt% of the carbon content in the carbon precursor. The content of the silica precursor is 3-10 wt% of the solvent. The content of the carbon precursor is 1-5 wt% of the solvent. The content of binding material is 5-20 wt% of the silicon precursor. The thermal treating process is implemented at a temperature between 800 and 1000 degrees Celsius.
