PURPOSE: A rainwater collecting and using system for an ecological pond is provided to efficiently manage the water quality of an ecological pond by supplying collected rainwater to the ecological pond. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater collecting and using system for an ecological pond comprises an ecological pond and a rainwater treatment system. The maximum and minimum water level of the ecological pond is set. The rainwater treatment system has an underground storage space(110) and a permeation device(120). When the level of water stored in the ecological pond exceeds the maximum water level, the water exceeding the maximum water level is stored in the underground storage space. When the level of water stored in the ecological pond is less than the minimum water level, rainwater stored in the underground storage space is pumped and is supplied to the ecological pond.
