PURPOSE: An organic solar cell including a charge transport layer having a one dimensional nanostructure and a fabricating method thereof are provided to improve light conversion efficiency since electronics or a hole generated from a photoactive layer are rapidly transferred to a bottom electrode. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(11) is formed on a substrate(10). A lower charge transport layer(13) is formed on the bottom electrode. The lower charge transport layer includes one-dimensional nano structure(13a) having conductivity or semiconductivity. A photoactive layer(15) is formed on the lower charge transport layer. A top charge transport layer(17) is formed on the photoactive layer. An upper electrode(19) is formed on the top charge transport layer.
