摘要

PURPOSE: A material mounting device for controlling positions in multiple degrees of freedom is provided to stably and smoothly mount a material because the material is moved to various spots of various height when mounting a welding material.;CONSTITUTION: A material mounting device(100) for controlling positions in multiple degrees of freedom comprises a base frame(10), a supporting body(20), a fixing boom(30), and a clamping tool(40), a first actuator(50), a second actuator, and a controller. The supporting body is installed on the base frame toward upper and lower directions. The fixing boom is joined to an upper end of the supporting body by a pin. The clamping tool is fixed to one end of the fixing boom to be moved. The lower part of an first operating cylinder(50') of the first actuator is joined to the base frame by the pin and the upper part of the first operating cylinder to the other end of the fixing boom by the pint and the first operating cylinder generates the vertical rotation of the fixing boom with an extension and contraction of a cylinder rod. The second actuator is fixed to the fixing boom and moves the clamping tool. The controller controls the operation of the clamping tool, first and second actuators.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
