FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method of treating flexion contracture of knee joint and clubfoot in children. Elongation of tendon of semimembranous, semitendinous and didactylous muscles of hip, Achilles tendon, tendon of posterior and anterior tibial muscles, general flexor of toes and long flexor of first toe is performed. Capsular-ligamentous apparatus is dissected on posterior surface of knee and ankle joints, medial surface of Chopart's and Lisfranc's joints. Apparatus of external fixation is applied for dosed tension of tissues until complete correction of all elements of knee joint and foot deformation with following gypsum immobilisation in position of achieved correction for 6-9 weeks.;EFFECT: method prevents deformation relapse.;1 ex, 2 dwg
