FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: according to the first version of the design, the above method consists in lowering of downhole pumping equipment using tubing string to the perforation interval of the well equipped with production string. Formation fluid is pumped out of productive formation. Quantity of fluid pumped from the formation is measured. Samples are taken and analysed. Pump equipment is lifted to the surface. At that, as pump equipment there used is two-sided submersible plant of centrifugal pump with electric actuator. Drainage and creation of low depression on the formation is performed at pump operation at low frequencies by means of control station with frequency control of actuator. Development is performed till complete pumping-out of volume of pumped liquid at optimisation and repair of well plus 1.5 of the well volume. Besides, at development of wells after hydraulic fracturing and with intensive sand production, shank of tubing string is complete with sludge separator and container of tubing string with volume of 100 to 500 litres. As per the first design versions, plant for development of oil wells includes wellhead equipment, control panel, power cable, and tubing string with shank. Besides, on the string in the well there installed in series and in downward direction is submersible centrifugal pump with receiving grid, submersible electric motor with seal section. Besides, plant is equipped with support section kinematically connected to submersible electric motor, and refilling unit connected by means of vent line with bulkhead equipment. Besides, seal section is made in the form of lower and upper protectors fixed from above and from below on shaft of submersible electric motor.EFFECT: increasing well development efficiency due to direct action on productive formation at low and abnormally low formation pressures.10 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex
