FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to coloproctology. Time of electric signal passage from lateral wall of pelvis to external sphincter (T1) is measured. After that, parameters of F-wave, which determine time of pulse passage from lateral wall of pelvis to α-motor neurons of anterior horns of sacral part of spinal cord, activation of motor neurons during 1.0 ms and return of signal to muscles of external sphincter (T2) are registered. Also determined is time of signal passage on reflex arc of anal Rossolimo reflex (T3). Obtained values are used to calculate time of passage of electric pulse discretely on motor fibres as Tmot= T1 + T2 - 1 ms/2 and on sensor fibres as Tsen= T3 - 1 ms - Tmot.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate discretely state of innervation of rectus closing apparatus muscles.;1 ex
