A method of filling two-chamber systems (3) in a pre-sterilizable carrier system (1), characterized in that it contains the following stages:! - preparation of at least one washed and sterilized two-chamber system (3) containing a separating element (7) separating both chambers (5, 5 ') from each other, in a cage (9), which receives at least one two-chamber system (3 ), and the cage (9) is located in the vessel (11) closed with the help of the closing element (13); ! - entering the vessel (11) through the airlock into the clean room; ! - opening the vessel (11) and filling the first chamber (5) with at least one two-chamber system (3); ! closing the first chamber (5) of at least one two-chamber system (3); ! - filling the second chamber (5 ') of at least one two-chamber system (3); ! - closing the second chamber (5 ') of at least one two-chamber system (3); ! - exit through the gateway from the clean room. ! 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the yoke (9) comprises plastic, preferably made of plastic. ! 3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the vessel (11) contains plastic, preferably made of plastic. ! 4. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing element (13) for the vessel (11) is gas permeable. ! 5.
