FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: substance of the invention consists in determining functional activity of ribosome genes localised in group D chromosomes. Herewith, a collection of personal details are to be considered and set at a value according to the patient's point rating system. All the details are substituted in formula of linear-discriminant function: y=b₀+b₁X₁+b₂X₂+…+b_iX_i, then the derived value y is substituted in equation of a probability of developing atopia P=e^y/(1+e^y).
