METHOD OF TREATING VAST WOUND DEFECTS IN AREA OF VASCULAR FASCICLE ON EXTREMITIES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Along wound edges Kirschner's wires are passed. Into bone introduced are several 2-4 cm long wires, whose distal ends are bent in form of loops, through which threads from Kirschner's wires are passed. By step-by-step tightening the treads wound ends are moved closer, during closing of wound defects tension is performed with condition of skin flap inclination above wound surface at acute angle.;EFFECT: method ensures elimination of danger of ischemia and necrosis of soft tissues, pressure and trauma of vascular fascicle, step-by-step and adequate stretching of cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flap, dosed dermotension of cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flap and regulation of angle of its fitting to wound surface, possibility of wound closing with local tissues without application of other types of skin plasty, reduction of treatment terms.;1 ex, 1 dwg
