FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to its confectionary branch and may be used for sugar confectionary goods preparation. Deodorised gram flour with fat content equal to 4-5 wt %, particles sized up to 200 mcm accounting for 60-70% of its total volume, is mixed with grated protein mass of fat-containing sesame seeds or peanuts or nuts or sunflower seeds.
