FIELD: instrument making.;SUBSTANCE: when controlling technical facilities (TF), a data base of technical facilities, targeted objects and environment conditions is generated on control panels of the second and first levels, data on targeted objects is analysed and additionally identified, targeted objects are identified and classified, priorities are detected, and a list of targeted objects is generated in accordance with their priorities, action efficiency is assessed, a list of technical facilities is randomly generated by efficiency, targeted objects are distributed between technical facilities, target designations and control commands are generated and sent to technical facilities.;EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the method and system of adaptive control due to performance of such important control functions as collection, processing, analysis, adaptive additional determination of data on targeted objects and making a decision for targeting.;2 cl, 2 dwg
