PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for adaptively controlling accessing, capable of suppressing certain predetermined accesses, even in a system for repeatedly accessing to a central equipment by a terminal equipment, as well as a storage medium for storing an adaptively accessing control program.;SOLUTION: The central equipment side notifies a stand-by time or a stand-by time calculating information for calculating the stand-by time to the terminal equipment, when a normal time zone is transferred to an access- suppressing time zone or an access-inhibiting time zone, or when the access suppressing time zone or the access inhibiting time zone is transferred to the normal time zone, when extending or contracting a basic accessing interval and/or a unit processing time.
