FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to hot isothermal moulding and may be used in production of turbine vane from titanium alloys. Proposed die comprises matrix from refractory nickel alloy with multilayer hardening coating applied on die impression. Coating total thickness varies from 8 to 30 mcm. Said coating represents, at least, two alternating layers. First layer consists of zirconium, chromium, niobium or combination thereof applied by ionic-plasma deposition in vacuum of 10-3 to 10-4 mm Hg. Second layer consists of nitrides, borides or carbides of said metals applied at 10-3 to 10-4 mm Hg in atmosphere of nitrogen, boron, carbon or mixes thereof. Note here that first layer is applied on die basic material doped by implantation of zirconium ions and/or diffusion saturation by zirconium. Coating may be made up of alternating layers of zirconium and zirconium nitride, zirconium or chromium and zirconium nitride, zirconium, chromium, niobium and zirconium nitride, niobium and nitride of zirconium-niobium at thickness of every layer varying from 0.4 mcm to 2.5 mcm.;EFFECT: higher durability.;5 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex
