METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF CRANIOVERTEBRAL AREA COMPLICATED WITH NEUROLOGIC DISORDERS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and neurosurgery. Apparatus Halo-cast is applied with its fixation by means of screws to scull bones and with bars - on chest corset. Dosed axial traction is performed, patient's state is controlled and after 7-10 days, without removing apparatus, reconstructive-stabilising therapy is performed. Decompression is carried out, destroyed parts of vertebra and pathological formations are ablated from spinal canal. Instrumental fixation and bone-plastic occipitospondylodesis are performed. Halo-cast is disassembled in post-operation period after complete recovery of patient's consciousness.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce post-operation complications, which is achieved due to performance of operation at the background of stability of cervical spine structures.;5 dwg, 1 ex
