FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: method involves uniform destruction of rock mass with continuous cross cutters of cycloidal direction with working tool of planetary flat disc actuators and of tangential direction with working tool of rotary elements. The latter are installed behind front and rear parts of the disc and fixed on reduction gears of planetary flat disc destruction elements.;EFFECT: increasing rock mass destruction efficiency using cross cutters.;2 cl, 3 dwg
