FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a bird blood plasma sample for free amino acid analysis comprises preparation of a blood plasma sample by blood sampling into a contained pre-treated with a coagulant solution and centrifugation; prepared blood plasma sampling, deproteinisation by sulphosalicylic acid; another centrifugation for 10 minutes and supernatant sampling, and free amino acid analysis by ion-exchange chromatography with the sample containing sulphosalicylic acid is agitated for 2-3 min, then centrifuged; the supernatant is filtered; and the purified filtrate is added with lithium hydroxide in the amount of 0.001-0.003 mg per 1 ml of the purified filtrate and thoroughly agitated to complete dissolution.;EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy and quality of free amino acid recovery analysis in the bird blood plasma sample, operational reliability of an analyser, as well as reduced labour inputs and time consumption at all the stages of the process.;2 tbl, 1 ex
